Refined by Bobbie Burns was founded 2006 on a picturesque Italian restaurant in London 2006 by the Swedish designer-duo Patrik Lakso & Henrik Standerth.
After a while they returned to Gothenburg to pursue new ways of expressing their passions. The irrepressible energy of the city´s music and fashion scene immediately became a source of inspiration spawning what is now Refined by BB.
Refined bands modern and endangered technologies to create alluringly footwear with a timeless yet relevant aesthetic. Combine that with inspiration from music like Roky Erickson, Patti Smith, The Kinks, Hepstars, and Iggy Pop and the Stooges.
